Service Description

Bowenwork is a system of touch that stimulates the nervous, musculoskeletal, and fascial systems. Practitioners perform a sequence of small rolling movements on specific points on the body, interspersed with short rest periods. Bowen "moves" are provided to stimulate the fascia and nervous system, the resting periods are designed to allow the stimulation to reverberate through your body like a ripple from a water droplet.
