Information
New Year, New Location,
New Self-care Services
As many of you know I have been looking for a new location to expand into. I have recently signed a lease and will be moving at the end of December.

When:
All clients scheduled through the end of the year will still receive their treatments at Shift Medicine Clinic at 619 S. Washington through December 31, 2024

Starting January 1, 2025 all treatments will be received at the new location.
I will be sending out morning text reminders the day of your first few appointments.
Muscle memory will be strong with all of us!
Online Booking
Online Booking directly from this site will be launched in January. I will be migrating away from Janeapp and using Wix to support our booking needs.

Packages and New Services will be part of my new location launch!

Insurance

-
Regence (Asuris & Uniform Medical)
-
Premera
How to check your Insurance benefits:
1) On the back of your Insurance card is a customer service number to call, then follow the prompts for information on benefits.
2) Questions to ask the customer service representative:
-
Do I have massage therapy benefits on my current health plan?
-
How many visits per year do i have and how many have I used already?
-
Do I have a deductible, how much is it, and have I met it this year?
-
Do I have a co-pay, how much per visit?
-
Do I need a prescription OR a referral for massage therapy? (they are two separate things, please ask about both of them)
-
Do I need prior-authorization?

Thank you for confirming details and having your referral or prescription prior to your massage appointment.
